Over a 24-month period, LPS personnel completed approximately 10 kilometres of public lighting civil and electrical works for the Sunbury Road Upgrade, which included the installation and commissioning of lighting infrastructure across six signalised intersections. This project, alongside initiatives like the Boneo Water Treatment Plant and the Melbourne Renewable Energy Hub, encompassed VESI-compliant works, underground reticulation, service coordination, testing, and commissioning, all aimed at delivering safe, reliable, and fully integrated lighting solutions.

LPS Engineering is proud to be involved in the delivery of the New Melton Hospital, one of Victoria’s most significant new healthcare infrastructure projects.

As part of the project, LPS delivered the installation of the high-voltage (HV) services, contributing to the critical electrical infrastructure required to support the new all-electric hospital. $900 million in Victorian Government investment, the 274-bed hospital will service Melbourne’s rapidly growing western communities and, once operational, will have capacity to treat approximately 130,000 patients each year.

With major construction underway and completion scheduled for 2029, the project represents an important addition to Victoria’s healthcare infrastructure and another major project delivered with LPS expertise.
