Eoin serves as the General Manager of LPS Engineering, providing strategic leadership across early design, project planning, and constructability development for various infrastructure projects. With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia and overseas, Eoin brings expertise in the major rail, road, and utilities sectors.
His disciplined approach ensures that every project begins with a strong engineering foundation—driving value, reducing delivery risk, and optimizing constructability from day one. As a key personnel member at LPS Engineering, Eoin is committed to balancing operational efficiency with rigorous quality and safety standards, ensuring consistent, high-performance outcomes across all project phases.
BEN DELLER - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Ben Deller is a highly experienced electrician with over 13 years in the industry, having built his career working with leading companies across Victoria. Starting as a first-year apprentice at 17 with Downer, Ben developed a strong foundation in complex electrical infrastructure and has since delivered major infrastructure projects in the ITS, public lighting, and traffic signals sectors for key clients statewide.
His experience spans large-scale road and transport upgrades, as well as critical infrastructure projects, including hospital and prison builds. As a key personnel in his field, Ben maintains a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance, bringing extensive technical expertise and practical leadership to every project he undertakes with LPS Engineering.
