CLARK BRIGGS - COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Clark is a senior commercial leader, Executive Director, and Non-Executive Director with over 20 years of experience shaping and delivering major infrastructure projects across Australia. With qualifications in engineering, law, and business, he brings a rare combination of technical insight and commercial capability that supports high-performance project delivery and strong business outcomes.
As a key personnel in the industry, he has led national teams supporting contractors, delivery partners, and asset owners on complex infrastructure projects in challenging operational, geographic, and stakeholder environments. Clark’s experience spans early-phase project shaping, procurement strategy, commercial management, risk and opportunity planning, partner alignment, delivery optimisation, and performance improvement. He is recognised for helping organisations execute large-scale programs with clarity, discipline, and commercial confidence.
BEN DELLER - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Ben Deller is a highly experienced electrician with over 13 years in the industry, having built his career working with leading companies across Victoria. Starting as a first-year apprentice at 17 with Downer, Ben developed a strong foundation in complex electrical infrastructure and has since delivered major infrastructure projects in the ITS, public lighting, and traffic signals sectors for key clients statewide.
His experience spans large-scale road and transport upgrades, as well as critical infrastructure projects, including hospital and prison builds. As a key personnel in his field, Ben maintains a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance, bringing extensive technical expertise and practical leadership to every project he undertakes with LPS Engineering.
